Normal openinghours are 10 till 4pm Monday till Friday and Saturday odd weeks 12 till 3pm.
Special openinghours will be shown on Google Search and Instagram. Feel free to get in touch if in doubt.
Following creditcards are accepted in the shop: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro Card as well as Danish Mobilpay.
Any purchase can be exchanged into something else, if needed. Money back is not possible.

WEBSHOP

Shipping costs are calculated, before check out. Shipping is with DAO for Danish orders and UPS for forreign ones. If your country is not listed and you can not check out, please get in contact and I will calculate a price and set it up for you if possible. Some costs on shipping especially outside Europe, are quite high. If, for some reason, I am able to send the order cheaper, I will issue a refund just after shipping.
When placing an order, an order confirmation will be send to your email. If you discover any mistakes in your information, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will hopefully be able to correct it before shipping.
All prices are included 25% Danish vat, but excluding shipping. Some countries also have local taxes, that I am not to be held responsible for, nor can i tell the amount of local tax on beforehand.
Payment will not be withdrawn, until the order has been shipped. It is not possible, that an amount greater than the one you have approved, can be deducted from your card.
An encrypted and secure SSL connection is used and only PBS can read your information. Neither my company nor any others will be able to read or retract data.
Your order will be sent within 4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer, I will contact you by email. When the order is shipped, a fulfillment email, will be sent to you, along with a tracking number.
To pick up your order in the studio is possible. Use the code STUDIOPICKUP at checkout and shipping will not be calculated. You will receive a fulfillment email, once the order is ready for pick up.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at any time, providing it has not already been shipped. To cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, quoting your name and the order reference number.
If the pieces has already been shipped, a cancellation is offcourse not possible. In this case please follow the return policy below.
RETURN
You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days and an additional 14 days to return it to my studio. All returns due to regret, are on your own expense. The piece must not be used before returning it.
Please wrap and pack very carefully, to be sure that the returned items are not damaged during shipping. If broken upon receival, a refund can not be issued.

Once the pieces are received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to your bankaccount, excluding shippingcosts.
WARRANTY
You have a 24 months warranty on your purchase and have the right to complaint if anything is wrong with it.
It is offcourse a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused, by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
If a piece is damaged during shipping from me to you, I will replace or refund it. If a piece is defective due to manufacturing defects, I will replace or refund it too. But If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
Send an email stating the issue. Attach images if possible. I will get back to you with an evaluation.
If the complaint is justified, we will in unison find a solution which works better. You can either get the piece repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
I will also refund your (reasonable) shipping costs for the return. Remember to get a reciept for shipping, so the cost can be refunded.
The product and a copy of the shipping receipt, should be sent in protective packaging to:

What happens with your personal information (privacy policy)
When you shop through this website the following information is needed:

Address
Phone number
E-mail address
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you only. Personal information registered are kept for five years, after which the data will be deleted.
We do not store customer data encrypted.
You will offcourse also provide your accountnumber on check out. This number is encrypted and only PBS can read it. It will remain registered with me - encrypted - , to give me the possibility to issue refunds directly to you.
Information provided to make a purchase in this webshop, is never transmitted or sold in any way to third parties. As registered you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights by the Privacy Act and queries on this topic should be sent to mail@tinamariecph.dk
